Oversees the day-to-day running of the farm with diligence and care. Responsible for ensuring operations are efficient, accountable, and aligned with Glamfarms’ mission to produce quality food, care for the land, and serve the community.
BD
Oversees the administrative and business development backbone of Glamfarms, supporting planning, records, coordination, partnerships, and growth opportunities that strengthen the farm’s sustainability, accountability, customer service, and long-term impact.
Provides hands-on leadership over day-to-day farm operations, overseeing planting cycles, soil health, crop care, and harvest activities with discipline, skill, and consistency. This role ensures the land is farmed productively and responsibly, supporting quality harvests and long-term stewardship.
CC
Coordinates the relationship between Glamfarms and the communities it serves, supporting outreach, partnerships, food security initiatives, and community-centred activities that keep the farm connected to people and practical impact.
